Our diamond indenters are designed for long life and high accuracy. Each indenter is precision-mounted in line with its grain structure and dual calibrated according to ISO and ASTM standards. The diamond indenters from UPI Laboratories are suitable for all common hardness testing methods: Rockwell, Vickers, Knoop and Brinell. This makes them a flexible choice for a wide variety of testing applications.
The ball indenters we supply are made from the highest purity carbide material. Each ball indenter is individually checked using laser scanning microscopes to ensure consistent performance. Our ball indenters can be used for Rockwell or Brinell hardness testing and are designed to deliver precise, repeatable results.
Our reference blocks (hardness test blocks) are manufactured from homogeneous base materials, with a mirror or matte finish and laser engraving. They meet the requirements of ISO and ASTM standards and are available with NADCAP-compliant grid layouts. Our reference blocks are suitable for use with Rockwell, Vickers, Knoop or Brinell testing methods.
